Patience of a Saint and a True Cheerleader for First-Time Buyers

I started working with Tina a few months before the pandemic and finally closed on my house recently. Throughout this entire process, Tina was so patient, generous with her time and give excellent advise.
Since there were no open houses during the pandemic, Tina had to quickly scheduled tours and personally show me the houses. She would always give me her honest expert opinion of each house. When I was interested in the purchase, she did her research, communicated with the listing agents and then helped me construct bids.
It’s a tough market, especially for first time buyers on a budget. I missed narrowly on my first two bids, and then again on a third, but she kept my spirits up. We must of seen over 150 houses (which sounds crazy, but we saw on average two homes a week over a year and a half, and in some weeks six or seven!). Tina was both a great coach and a cheerleader throughout this crazy process, and I’m so grateful to have finally bought my dream home. I was very particular in what I was looking for and Tina has the patience of a saint! I say this with all sincerity, I could not have dealt with me and what I was looking for.
