Tina is an amazing realtor. She is very knowledgeable of the Bay Area and she has many connections and networks with multiple people as far as contractors and lenders. When we decided to put our house up on the market, she assured us we would be able to sell it, but was firm with us about what we needed to do. She always spent time with us to create timelines and make quick decisions to ensure that the process would go as smoothly as possible. She never made us feel that we were a burden when we had questions and always spent the time to explain to us what was happening each step of the way. We even joked and called her Mama Tina because she would nag us to make sure we followed through with our projects in accordance to the timeline. Tina was very patient with us when we were looking to buy our first house. We met her at one of her listings about 5 months before purchasing a house. She was super responsive and on top of things throughout the 5 months even though we didn’t narrow in on something we loved for the fist 3.5 of those months.
